Leading with Creativity.
I wanted to share a little snippet of the journey I’ve been working on through some personal coaching. I recently committed to a beautiful year-long coaching program with Lead and Be Well, and a recent theme was around the second chakra, with a focus on leading with creativity. Through is month's work, among everything that life has been throwing our way, I have focused on the following (and I'll explain below):
1) Evening dance parties.
2) Creativity can look different.
3) "Be the energy that you want to receive."
Start them young. (Our Littlest Gardeners)
This October will be ALL about our youngest students, our Littlest Gardeners (ages 3-5), as we will be working with so many of them both in the garden and outside our space as well. We really love experiencing the wonder and joy through their eyes and are so excited to be able to get them involved in gardening at such a young age.

The narrative about puberty and periods is changing, empowering growing girls to be educated, confident, shameless, and armed with so many resources as their bodies change and grow.
